We collect information you provide directly, such as name, business name, email, phone number and website when you submit a dealer application, request for quote (RFQ), or contact form. We also collect standard technical information (such as pages visited and browser type) through normal web server logs.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to respond to requests for availability, evaluate dealer applications, provide support, and operate the dealer portal. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

Information is shared only with ProLine Medical staff and service providers who need it to fulfill the purposes above, or when required by law.
