These terms explain how visitors, dealers and care organizations may use the ProLine Medical website and request tools.

Use of this site

This site provides product information and availability-request tools for dealers, providers and care organizations. Product listings do not constitute a binding offer; pricing and availability must be confirmed directly with ProLine Medical.

Dealer applications

Submitting a dealer application does not guarantee access. ProLine Medical evaluates applications at its discretion and may request additional information before granting dealer portal access.

Requests for quote (RFQ)

Submitting a request for quote is not a purchase order. Orders are confirmed only after ProLine Medical verifies availability, pricing and compatibility.
